Welcome to the Heavitree Branch
Our Animal Hospital in Heavitree is run by owner and veterinary surgeon Shaun Moore and CityVets partner, veterinary surgeon Ed Pattison, supported by experienced veterinary surgeons Eileen Alves, Caroline, Sam Greenaway, Sam Prestwood and Small Mammal and Exotics Specialist Livia Benato. Dedicated teams of experienced nursing and reception staff provide additional support to both patients and clients alike. We have a reputation for being friendly, dedicated and passionate about the care of our client’s pets. We like to develop a close professional relationship with our clients, so that they know and trust us to provide the very best healthcare for their pets.
In 2013 CityVets Heavitree branch moved from its old site to Rosary House, which has been totally refurbished to a very high standard as expected of a large, modern, fully equipped Veterinary Hospital.
With staff on site 24 hours a day we can provide the best possible care for your pets. We provide all the routine and non routine services expected of a well established first opinion practice as well as advanced surgical procedures through Ed Pattison and specialist physiotherapy, Ophthalmology (Eyes), Imaging (X-rays and ultrasound), Exotics (Birds, reptiles and small furries) and Cardiology (Heart) Services.
We are conveniently situated at the top of Heavitree on a major road into Exeter City centre, with parking in our private car park right in front of the surgery. For help, advice or to make an appointment call us direct on: 01392 250066
At our Heavitree branch there is a one way system around the reception area to ensure social distancing is maintained whilst clients wait to be served. The third consulting room at Heavitree has a non-crossover line and a chair inside the room, we politely ask clients to remain behind the line.
A note on Parking at our Heavitree Practice.
We politely ask our clients not to park in the Catholic Church’s car park directly in front of the Church when visiting our Heavitree practice.
When you drive in, head for the parking area in front of and beside the main CityVets building. You may also park in the overflow spaces on the left as you drive in or on the right as you drive out directly against the road.
Thank you for your cooperation
