Repeat Prescriptions

At CityVets, we can provide medications, flea and tick treatments, worming treatments and food. To place an order please complete the below form and select your chosen branch for collection. Once dispensed you will receive a text message confirming your order is ready for collection.

Please allow 2 working days between submitting your prescription request and collecting the medication. You will be notified by text. The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons requires us to carry out a clinical assessment when prescribing repeat medications, and this may require us to examine your pet, especially when prescribing antibiotics or controlled drugs.

Our examination fee is £54

We are also able to provide written prescriptions following the RCVS guidelines and at the discretion of our Veterinary Surgeons for external pharmacies. To place your order, please provide the details of your chosen pharmacy and then give the order number to CityVets. We will then send the prescription directly to your chosen pharmacy. Please be aware that there is a charge for each prescription item request.
